Very! I'm quite surprised at a few.

Bananas have the opposite effect on my children. I remember AJ eating 2 bananas back to back when he was younger because I didn't know any better and gave them to him, and an hour later he was frothing out of his diaper like an exploding chili cheese burrito from Taco Bell.

Anyway, I really do appreciate seeing this. It will be a big help to help my husband with his blood pressure and weight.

The only thing I can say to that is WOW!

I always new eating fresh veggies and fruits were good for you, but never realized just how good.  Makes you want to become a veggitarian! Well, almost.....

WOW Salmon, I would have never expected such information to come from you.  I am impressed!

President Just a parent who happens to be a member of ACSC Board of Trustees.  At all times I speak only for myself as an individual.  I cannot, nor will I attempt to, speak for any other member of the board or administration.  No member of the ACSC Board of Trustees has any authority as an individual, the authority rests in the Board as a whole only.  Sometimes I forget myself and speak as a parent only, a parent who loves and protects and is very bias toward my children.

Be a vegetarian who eats fish. I can't remember what they're called (example: I'm a lacto-ovo-vegetarian, meaning I eat dairy and eggs. Well, minimal eggs, but still).

Hey, I want to copy and save that chart to my documents so I can refer back to it later and show my husband without having to pull up the forum (no need for Lefty to see what I do all day when he's gone...) and a simple right-click, save image isn't working. Any ideas of how to save it?

Tobi,

Why are you suprised? I had an acute MI 6 years ago, 30+ caths, 14 stents and a BV pacer/defib. I'm reasonably well educated, although I still enjoy lead paint! Since my near fatal MI in 01, I have devoted a great deal of time trying to educate people about cardiac health issues, nutrition as well as the latest data from the AHA, in hope that people will be proactive in regards to addressing their health. No one is heart attack proof, however there are things that can and should be addressed that can help the fight against CAD.

How were those fried potato thingies from BW's?

They go down good with a glass of melted butter.

If that doesn't work I can make an image out of it.
