Hey Sip,  We need updates on you.  did you make it to Alaska or Fl. and did you take the baby?  You have not post in awhile so what is going on?  Hope all good news.  BTW how is your friend doing?

You might send Sippy a PM or else we need to keep this bumped up, I get the feeling from my last message to her that her plate might be kind of full these days.

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken.

You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.

My plate's actually rather empty.  I'm very sorry to report that my so-called friend who was dying of cancer is actually a con-artist and a drug addict.  She stole every penny I had.  I'm just trying to figure out how to re-group.

Oh Sippy, you have left me in shock! Was she never sick? I cannot believe people like that.

No, she was never sick.  The guy she lived with and had a child with even thought she had cancer.  She was good.  Even shaved her head.

Hey, I might even sign on for that one.......TN is beautiful this time of year, and we could have a real down-home hoe-down when we get there! It'll be a caravan.  I'll bring the Vaseline for my Harley, just in case.

I appreciate your solidarity and, believe me, if I thought I could get away with it, I'd beat that woman so bad she'd wish she was dying of cancer!

You're in Tennesse now?

How long had you known this girl? I can't stand con artist, I was married to one once. If they would just put the same amount of energy into good <sigh>

No need for you to regroup Sippy- your heart was in the right place. Your rewards will keep on coming.......

No, I'm still in freaking Mississippi.  Thanks to the thief, I'll probably be here a while longer since she stole the money I was going to use to move.  I guess Bard got all excited about going through Tennessee to get here.  I don't blame him, it's a beautiful state.  Kentucky was pretty too the last time I drove up to Anderson.  It was a much more pleasing trip because of the scenery than when I went from Memphis last year.  That way was all flat and cornfields.  Very boring.

Thanks, MAK, but I was more referring to regrouping financially.
