Yesterday was the summer solstice.  Next comes the autumnal equinox sometime in October.  Then comes the winter solstice on December 21st, shortest day of the year, and then, and I forget what they call it, but in the spring the Easter bunny lays its eggs in our grandkids' candy baskets while we're sleeping and then my wife wears a dainty handkerchief on her head to church.
