 lasy may

Last May, I finished up with the farm pond,, I thought I would take the "Top" off of a back hill by the creek and clear out some of the under brush next to the creek. My plan was to build a summer retreat for camp fires  and tall tales that the grandkids  could enjoy for this summer.

 bull doze

Things were going along quite well.

 Bull!

Easy enough project,,, Till women got involived.

camp fire stonesCamp fire

They wanted bigger camp fire stones.

tember

Tember and wood replaced  the tent city idea I had.

bob cat

I learned how to work a bobcat.

That was my big mistake,,, I dug up this thing

thing

I called B.S.U. they sent out a palentoligest by the name  of professor Art O. Fact. My project is on hold for a week or more,,,, On the good side the professor said this looks like a baby,,, The Mother shouldn't be too far away.

I'm lookin at getting a new pond dug by B.S.U. or a new septic system. Hmmmmm wonder what one I would us the most of. In about a week iI'll let you knoew the rest of the story

That is soooo cool!   I don't think there have been any dino finds in our area!   You could become a famous archaeologist!!!!!   Really, that is total awesome....

I had a thought that struck me. What if the baby had just up and died? Why would the mother have to be around there? It could have went miles and miles away looking for food and living on many more years. They may dig up your whole yard and not find any fossils other than what belongs to the baby.

Smells like bubble gum to me it does!

As one to another, be careful that they don't want to examine upright fossils. Sorry, could not resist. Been watching your posts toooooo long and your humor.

Looks like Paul Bunyon's OX to me.  ;D

Wasn't the ox named BABE? How appropriate for CJS
