attorney misconduct?

Does anyone know where would I file a complaint of attorney misconduct? Would it be with the Indiana Bar Association or would it be with the Indiana Supreme Court's Disciplinary Commission? or both?

I think I am going to keep the details confidential for now, at least until the proper authorities have had time to investigate the matter, if they find/rule that there was in fact misconduct on the attorney's part then I'll make the details public.

this is a site where you can see if he has had any other charges pending...if he is in good standing or not. I also believe that if there are other charges...you can find out what they are.
