Another storm is to arrive Post Warnings check this thread and a few others for up to the date

North Indiana maybe 1-2 inches. first wave.... then additional 1-2 more?
Central Indiana 2-4 inches.first wave... then additional 1-3 more?
Southern Indiana 4-6 inches. first wave... then additional 3-5 more?
With our normal precip below average of 8 inches, do you think we are going to get a Major storm before the Winter Season comes to an End?
They are Forecasting 2 more waves to come through in the next 24-48 hours...
I know they just estimate, why do you think they change it continually?
Do you think the Forecasters have reported the weather acuritly this season?
How often are they right.. 100%-75%-50%-25%-Never?

I am liking it that we have not had a major storm. I hate winter and this white s--t. Ch 13 has pretty much on the money I think for our area.
HURRY UP SPRING!

The winter weather advisory is now in effect until 12 pm est wednesday.
A strong winter weather system will bring a prolonged period of snow to Indiana. Some drier and more stable air moved into the area during the morning. This will give the area a break in the snow will only light accumulations expected through mid afternoon. Later this afternoon much more unstable air will move into the area. Some moderate some will begin in the lafayette to muncie areas toward the evening rush hour. It will then move into the indianapolis area during the evening rush hour. The atmosphere will become more unstable Wednesday night. Periods of moderate to heavy snow will then continue Wednesday night. By the morning rush hour new snow fall will be 4 to 5 inches. The system has slowed up some. The moderate snow will continue through Wednesday morning. Another inch or so of snow is possible from sunrise until noon. The snow will quickly become light in the afternoon.
Snow amounts may be refined as the track of the system becomes better defined. Stay tuned for the latest forecasts for this developing situation.
A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving
