Where did North Korea get the nuclear technology to build warheads?  What's that you say?  Clinton gave them $24B worth of grain, rice and nuclear technology, ostensibly so it could build power stations, in exchange for a pact not to use the technology to build weapons?  Clinton never monitored the use of that technology and they built warheads and rockets with it that now threaten the world?
