How can this be? They are banned from firing any type of missles under a UN resolution aren't they? They have been laughing at the UN for years because the UN won't do anything. It's gonna take the US, South Korea and Japan to step up and do something.

 Why worry? We have more,larger, better targeting,better defense, etc,etc, then they have. I bet they know that. They just don't want us to know they know that. On the other hand, they might just be ignorant dumba$$es.

  I think we are foolish for putting just about every thing we do under the control of the brainbox. The world could be setting itself up for a trip to the land of duh, if/when it fails.
