$ 152 billionTax Rebates
The Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 - enacted February 13, 2008
The total cost of this bill was projected at $152 billion for 2008 with an additional $124 billion to be spent over the next 10 years.

Most taxpayers below the income limit will receive a rebate of at least $300 per person ($600 for married couples filing jointly).

$ 700 billion Executive bailout
Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 passed Oct 3 2008

“Throwing $700 billion at Wall Street, everyone seems to believe, would restore confidence in the financial markets, repair the balance sheets of U.S. banks and other financial institutions, and get the great national borrowing-and-lending machine back up and running so the economy would start creating jobs again.” msn.com
But not all the objectives have been disclosed.

The tax $ return
Executives know how to convert tax dollars to contributions. Get tax $$$ and then send a political contribution, payable to “RNC” (Republican Party).  Who will then bailout the McCain campaign.

But, can the McCain bailout be in time???  The Bush Administration has created a slow poorly run government.
