New Holiday – Shoes for Bush

AP story 12/12/08
President Bush went to Baghdad last Sunday and establish a new holiday in his honor.  A reporter tossed his shoes at Bush.

“Showing the sole of your shoe to someone in the Arab world is a sign of extreme disrespect, and throwing your shoes is even worse.”
……….
Now, "Iraq considers Sunday as the international day for shoes," and the reporter that tossed his shoes at Bush is now a national hero.

I suggest Republicans adapt the shoe as their party symbol.  Repubs like to step on and kick people.
