ACS not following senority rules

Is the Anderson Community School Corporation out of control???

Saw some emails on this issue that is part of a bigger picture.
ACS is terminating teachers.  The selection of which ones appears to be by some undisclosed method.   

In a complaint that has been filed by a teacher, the seniority rule was not followed.
Article V, Section 1 of the Master Contract between The Anderson Board of School Trustees and the Anderson Federation of Teachers—“Seniority means employment with the school corporation beginning with the LATEST date of hiring with the school corporation…..”

I get the feeling that those running the school system are like GM management.  They need some education on management skills.
