As a person with "no" dog in this fight. I feel,,,,, the box is now open, and the only way to "close it" will be allowing the courts to hear both sides.
It may end up as the School uniform lawsuit costing somone a ton of cash,,, so it be. It maybe thrown out,,, so it be. But to put it to rest ,,,"for keeps",,, some Indiana judge will have to make a decision. What you say ?

The injunction and lawsuit are frivolous and desperate. Ockomon addressed all points in the order and the suit early in the campaign. The affiants have thrown their best at him, and none of it is valid, or really of any concern whatsoever.
The legal process will take its course, and Ockomon will prevail. Since the case is so weak, it shouldn't be terribly costly to defeat.
It's unfortunate, although not surprising, that the outgoing administration is as ungracious in defeat as they were in victory.
Especially when a certain councilman from the south end of town (who lost his bid for reelection) camped out in front of Ockomon's house in Meadowbrook all the time and saw Ock at his house. Funny how most of them are dept heads who are out of a job doing this. Kris will prevail and the Repbus will look ever more stupid than they already do.
