I don't know how he can look like a bigger a$$ than he already is. Maybe he thinks by joining the lawsuit it will somehow make him look bigger (taller).
From what I have read of other opinions and apparent knowledge, it looks like he had to join the lawsuit or let it be dropped. No one had a standing to bring a lawsuit against Ockomon regarding this issue except the person that was harmed. Which was Smith. Ockomon's running for Mayor caused harm to Smith (ie: he lost), while there was a question of legal residency still hanging in the air. I guess, and I wouldn't know, that a lawsuit couldn't be brought regarding the residency issue until the harm had been caused.
One day, I might take some law classes so I know what the heck I'm talking about. LOL

He is so silly that he thinks should Ockomon lose that he can just walk right back into the 5th floor and PLAY boss again. I don't hardly think it works that way. From the way I understand it I think if Ockomon lost the city controller would asume the position. But then again why would not the deputy mayor assume the position?

Here is the question of the day. Since I do not take the fishwrap but was told by someone that does. What gives Kris Beck and Bob Schulyer the idea they can do the inspection of Ockomon's house. they are not even on the lawsuit? Then Larry Davis shows up from what I was told by someone else. No wonder Ockomon ended the inspection. I would never have even allowed the first time around if it were me.
