Election Corruption – Absentee Ballots

“The right chemical and a paper towel enables an insider to alter ballots to flip votes on paper ballots.” By changing mail-in votes, a recount would not show changed votes.  The current “audit” process will not detect this type of rigged election.

BALLOT WASHING:

“Archivists know this technique as a document repair method, criminals know it as "check washing." If you have the right chemicals, can you remove votes from ballots, allowing election-riggers to "re-vote" the ballots before they are counted, recounted, or audited?”

BBB, Yes, it has been done. “We have been able to remove votes marked in ink from ballots without leaving a trace. Using this technique, insiders can alter votes on ballots.”

Materials needed are common solvents.  Details are now posted.  Be it blue or black ball point pen can be removed easily with denatured alcohol. Also info on changing votes made  with other pens such as sharpies and "PERMANENT" markers included.  With a plastic applicator bottle and a few paper towels it is easy and quick to change votes.

The where and when is covered in another topic called "chain of custody".

In Madison County, the vote counting process has been declared a SECRET in violation of state law.  With all the irregularities with election results, could one of those secrets be ballot washing???

"How to rig elections."

Are there any that aren't rigged? This is what is so sad. Free and fair elections ~ where?

Expanded your question with “
Elections in US or elsewhere” and got this answer.

Answer:
“There are some foreign elections where exit polling and
statistical sampling have been used to overturn elections
or at least validate them.”

Here are more details relating to that answer.

1.
In other countries (classified as a democracy), they have votes counted by a non political group.
In Madison County it is by the parties, people with a direct political interest in who wins.
This is like washing with dirty water.

2.
In other countries, votes are counted in public.
But NOT in Madison County.
Votes are counted with secret software at precincts and precincts added in a small room at Gov center.  Public excluded at each stage.  A private contractor linked to the Republican Party does the counting in secret.
I asked Ludy the Clerk, are audits allowed???
Answer, NO.
No one, no gov agency allowed. No tests,
no audits, no oversight of any kind allowed to see if count is accurate.

3.
Election is certified as accurate and honest.
In Madison County, the only check is poll book count to voting machine votes cast (number of voters).
If those two numbers match.  Public told by Carmichael, “no problem” with election.  Public told the election is honest from the voter registration to the votes per each candidate.
This is a major deception.

4.
Records/data relating to county election system from voter registration to problem logs classified as secret in violation of IC public access law.  Poll workers told not to report irregularities.  See no evil report no evil.
You the public must have blind trust in the system.

So, not possible to have a fair and honest election in Madison County.

It is funny that GW Bush elections are and always will be very questionable based on the facts you have brought up. Given the machine, they can not loose unless it is a blowout! I don't know very many national Presidental elections that are.

It is also funny that Richard Nixon pulled the schenanigans he did in a blowout win. Some Republicans believe he should never had to face the impeachment he did because it was a blowout. Now, that is true Bush logic ~ me thinks it is more correctly, Republican logic and very flawed.

A rigged election can be tricky.  Win by too much and public will suspect something is wronge.  Too close and that may triger a recount that will expose vote flipping.
I met the Repub programmer that wrote the original logic for changing votes on machines like used here.  It is very simple and but not good in a blowout election.  The top objective is not be detected.  Later, saw more complicated logic added to fine tune totals.  Must avoid a recount and at same time not win by too much so other side will think, HA we almost won. But if the truth was known, the loser never had a chance.

I always thought your votes were private.

Now I find out that certain politicos have access to all the voting records in a precinct and they know who voted for whom.  Why is it legally necessary for them to know this, and why do "they" keep track of it? Is this how it is done across the nation, across the state, or only in Madison County?

Somehow, this doesn't set well with me.

Here is a starting point on what politicians can get on you.

Indiana now has a big data base on voters that is accessed locally.
Name is “Statewide Voter Registration System”, called “SVRS”.
It has been linked/merged with other data bases to get more than your Voter ID.

Here is a general list of some of the stuff SVRS has on you.
* Voter Registration (ID stuff) and voting history data on past voting
* Driver license BMV records
* Health records
* Police
 records

http://www.in.gov/sos/elections/SVRS.html

Official policy is, info is “CONFIDENTIAL”.
I asked state election commission, How can I get a copy???.
  (only wanted Madison County)
Answer, $ 5,000.
But that was for entire state.
Would NOT sell off by county.  So I did not get it.

A marketing company ( with $ 5,000 ) will use above as a starting point for linking to more data bases.
They will know more about a voter then the voter’s friends.  This info is sold to politicians so voter can be profiled into groups for a campaign.  Push the right buttons on the voter and voter will push the vote button for the politician.  But it is also used to suppress some voters.  Voter suppression complaints have been made in past elections in Madison County.

Don’t know if this is good or bad news.
I got into one of those expanded data bases and looked me up.  Some of the info was NOT correct.  Had my occupation and a few other things wrong.  Because all this is a secret, could not find where the bad data came from and no idea how to correct it.  One thing for sure, I am not a happy camper.  Lost trust in the system.
