No votes yet

They interviewed several Democrats to ask how they would vote in tomorrows primary.  I thouht their responses were very telling.  Divided racially, one woman voting for Hillary just because she's a woman, younger folks supporting Obama, Hillary supporters liking her because they liked Bill.

Dissappointing. IMO.

"What you won't hear from this campaign or this party is the kind of politics that uses religion as a wedge, and patriotism as a bludgeon -- that sees our opponents not as competitors to challenge, but enemies to demonize." – Barack Obama, June 3, 2008

What do you think about teachers, who do not teach Government or Social Studies, giving personal political opinion to their students, solicited or not?  I don't think any teacher should give their personal opinions to their students.  One at AHS, he is a black English teacher, told his students he is definitely voting for McCain. Why? "Because "we" don't need a black president, and women run everything else, "we" don't need one running the country too."

Hmmm.
