Instead of recieving an apology, I was personally attacked being offended at Bards "Christians are kooks & should be locked up & sedated" comments.

That sort of bigoted anti-Christian hate-speech is not "OK" with me, even if it is "OK" to you.

Let me explain this to you yet again, Richard.  I did not say that any of those were MY beliefs.  I said those were lessons which COULD be drawn from the story, if someone were the kind of person who was inclined to think that way.  Certain muslims, for instance. A person could draw others - and apparently you did - which justified the attack. What you believe about it shows who you are, but really doesn't say anything else. 

Nor were you ever personally attacked.  Instead you were the one who attacked me and made it personal.

The lesson that I've drawn from your posts is that you are the kind of person who wants to be offended and refuses to accept the truth of my explanations. Apparently you get a pay off for pretending to be a victimized christian.  I think it's pretty clear to everyone at this point that you have milked the situation for all it's worth and have now descended into the ridiculous.  Instead of looking like a martyred christian, you look like a person who doesn't understand the meaning of your own religion in Matt 6:14-15, and Mark 11:26 and therefore doesn't practice what he preaches. If you did practice your religion, this wouldn't be an issue any more.

Don't play semantic games with, or try to lecture me Bard.

Deflecting again, rather than looking at the hard truth, Richard.  Actively practicing Matt 6:14-15 and Mark 11:26 is always required of a christian IF they truly walk the walk and not just talk the talk.

 Do not forget Matthew 18:21-22.  Jesus tells you exactly what to do in this kind of situation.

Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Titus 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee."
 

Ezekiel 33:8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

You see, Richard, being a real christian is a hard thing.  It shouldn't be so easy to dismiss Jesus's own words in Matthew 18:21-22 as you do, but if you are determined to find a way around them you will do it.  Once again, it underscores the kind of attitude you choose to take and the true depth of your christianity. Jesus has spoken. Either you listen, or you don't. You don't.

Being pretentious & arrogant is sort of "your thing" isn't it?
