ANDERSON, IN - The United Way of Madison County and JobSource are seeking volunteers and corporate sponsors for the 2nd Annual OPERATION Weatherization on Saturday, November 1st.
Volunteers will work in teams at pre-selected energy inefficient homes, in Anderson, Alexandria and Pendleton, completing simple weatherization tasks such as caulking, weather-stripping, plastic-wrapping windows, changing furnace filters and lightbulbs to CFLs.
Volunteers

to volunteer. All corporate sponsorships and donations raised for
OPERATION Weatherization will be used to purchase materials to
improve the energy efficiency of pre-determined homes selected
through JobSource' s Weatherization Department.
