Madison County Federal Credit Union Breaks Ground on New Branch Office

ANDERSON, IN - Madison County Federal Credit Union (MCFCU) will break ground on a new branch office on June 4 at 11 a.m.  The new branch will be located at 2309 Charles Street in Anderson (directly in front of the WalMart shopping center).  Once completed, the new branch office will replace the MCFCU branch located at 53rd Street in Anderson.  The community is invited to attend this free event.

“This new location is ideally situated at a prime location within the City of Anderson to better serve our members, said David Dodd,  CEO of Madison County Federal Credit Union.  “The south end of Anderson has grown tremendously during the past few years and it is strategic for MCFCU to have a presence in this area of the community.”

Participating in the groundbreaking will be Mrs. Kathy Stoops-Wright, chair of the Board of Director for MCFCU, Mr. Keith Pitcher, president of the Anderson/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Greg Graham, deputy mayor for the City of Anderson.

With branch offices in Anderson, Alexandria and Elwood, Madison County Federal Credit Union was established in 1935. The credit union serves anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or volunteers within Madison County.  Members are considered part-owners of the locally owned and operated cooperative.  For more information, visit MCFCU online at www.madcofcu.com/ <http://www.madcofcu.com/> or call 765-644-3623.
