Amen Nana,
Brandishing a weapon, what many people think is the definition of intimidation.. Truly don't understand that, it is the ticket to a possible death sentence.
They already have him listed as a housed inmate, so was he really treated and released?
Sure hope that sends a message to some of the local low lifes that are continually in court flaunting the law.
Seems there are so many of them the courts are overwhelmed. Do we have any tough judges on the bench in Madison County?
Bard you know in Madison County it all depends on who you are and who you know, you can get just about anything you want if you have the right connections.
Hmmmm....I wonder if that is really unique to Madison County? Bet it's the same in Delaware, Hamilton, Henry, Boone, Vigo, Lake or anywhere else in Indiana. It's all about connections.
I don't know about those places, I don't live there, so I can only refer to what I have seen happen :)
