News in the Night 6-18-09

 Here is what I have today ( yes I am tired ).

 2:34 APD traffic stop in front of the Three Pigs.

 2:49 APD was sent to the Village Pantry on 5th and Jackson. It was reported that a white male stole cigarettes and left on foot. The officers did not find him.

 3:03 APD was sent to Applebees for a motion alarm. The building checked secure.

 3:11 APD was sent to the 4000 block of Greenwood for subjects in their backyard making a lot of noise. When the officer asked where that st was he was told that it was Greenfield st. in Hilltop apts ( I heard her say Greenwood too ). They had all went in before tha officers arrived.

 3:16 APD officers were working on serving warrants. They did not catch them so I will not tell where.

  4:11 APD was sent to the 2200 block of  Central to take report of property damage.

 4:22 APD was sent to the 3700 block of Columbus ave . The caller had 2 male blacks and a female black held at knifepoint. He said he had caught them breaking into his shed. One of the males took off running.

 4:26 APD was sent to the extension center in the 600 block of Central. They said they were having trouble with someone in the lobby. When police were in the area the were flagged down at the jail annex.

 4:32 APD was sent to the 3600 block of Henry for a man that was causing trouble and refusing to leave.

 4:44 APD was sent to the 700 block of Arrow. I missed for what the first time around but the officer explained ir as a civil matter later.

 4:52 Medic 2 person ill Southdale towers.

 5:16 APD was sent to the 1500 block of w 5th for a male black on a bicycle tugging on car door handles as he went. They did not locate him.
