NEWS IN THE NIGHT 07-31-09

 I was delayed shortly after I started so I really got started a little late. It was very slow after that (not sure if it was busy before though). Here is what I have for you today.

  3:05 Ladder 8 elderly man fell out of bed 600 block of Buckingham ct.

  3:09 APD was sent to Monday Boyz 800 block of Hazlett for an alarm. It checked secure.

  3:39 Ladder 8, Medic 2 chestpains 5400 block of Arbor dr.

  3:41 APD was sent to Autumn Ridge apts for a very intoxicated female and a male. The dispatcher said it looks like a domestic. I was having a hard time with this call because the fire dept was talking and it kept cutting this off. I did hear that a man had a gun and was struggling with the woman. He did not have the gun drawn, just had it on him. I am not sure if the man is the first man that was with her or someone else trying to help. AU 15 was the first on the scene. I heard them run warrant checks and everyone checked out okay. I did not hear anyone go to jail from this call.
