State Police K-9 Tracks Suspect in Armed Robbery

(Suspect Apprehended by State Trooper) 

ANDERSON, IN - Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Dave Preston and his K-9 partner Colt responded to an armed robbery call at 3:00 a.m. on today’s date at the 59th Street Pub in Anderson.  A suspect had committed an armed robbery of the business and fled on foot. 

Indiana State Police K-9 Colt tracked the suspect to the Lone Star Steakhouse where the suspect was found hiding in some bushes on the west side of the business.  Indiana State Police Sergeant Jeff Zeiger of the Pendleton Post had responded to the scene and made apprehension of the suspect.  The suspect, Conception O. Martin, 27, Anderson was transported to the Madison County Jail and incarcerated.  An undetermined amount of cash has been recovered.
