kpaul note: I think I sound a little sarcastic at the end of this piece, but I didn't mean to sound that way or convey that the current administration was lacking in getting information to AFP. In fact, Connie Smith did a wonderful job and I wish her the best of luck. I will say, though, that Muncie could learn a lot from Anderson in this regard. Hopefully the new Muncie Mayor's office will do better in getting word out about information. (At least until I have a full time reporter that can camp outside his office 24/7. ;)
