The cool/nifty flash player isn't working because it has to be a magic bitrate or something like that. I'll download the file and see what I can do later. We got it, though. Or rather you got it! ;)
Thank you Froggy and Kpaul for the council mtg. It audio is much better than what you get from Insight on TV.
I guess what bothers me is if they decide to put that land into TIF later down the road after annexation. Heck why not annex the whole city? I hope that Mayor Elect Ockomon will not put anymore into TIF as the city can not afford it. We must have a tax base to pay the bills of the city.
