Ok, off the top of my head, some things we would need to do:
* Find someone to collect the money for donations - someone with experience doing this and who is trustworthy.
* Electricians will most likely be needed to look it over and get repair / rebuild estimate - would have to work with the city on this most likely, but i'm sure if it was free/pro-bono, they'd be down for it. Anyone know anyone with skills who could donate some time? What other options are there? Using money collected to hire someone to do it?
* What else?
This could be a big project. We'll see if we can't get five different people to comment and commit to helping before we start. ;)
