No, but I have to wonder why

No, but I have to wonder why I'm not seeing anymore updates on the Plant 20 purchase. I have to assume it's "low key" for some reason...possibly because the city has decided that "character doesn't count" if you're buying real estate. Do we know anything about the company in AZ that is buying it? Or the local businessman who is also part of the deal that hasn't paid personal, property or payroll taxes for last year????????? Is that what we want? Maybe a little digging about what we're bringing to town would be nice before it's here and it's too late.

I have a question about city

I have a question about city ordinances about the close proximity of dog kennels to anothers property. Can someone point me in the right direction to get answers? I have a neighbor that has two very large purebread dogs that lie in at least two inches of feces all year long; even in the coldest months. When he feeds them he just tosses the food over the fence and I never see any water in their dishes. They never get outside of those cages, they are starved for attention and it is pitiful the way that they are treated.
