Anderson Mayor Kris Ockomon Interview - March 2008
Anderson Mayor Kris Ockomon Interview - March 2008.
This is the first in what's hopefully a monthly feature here at Anderson Free Press.
I'll start a thread sometime soon for round 2 questions.
Apologies we didn't get to all of them on film today, but we will have written answers of all 12 questions.
Thanks and please let me know with a comment if you enjoyed this and like the idea.

Great Job KPaul, very professional! Nice to know that Kris reads the stuff we post, it might really help him with some ideas.
Thank you!
More to come later. Have some client stuff I need to get to, though. Stay tuned...
good interview....thanks for sharing
Does it seem choppy to anyone else? I may have to reencode it as I filmed at 16x9 but mashed it to 4x3... Bear with me...
And thanks, Zia. Means a lot to me.
I'll try to get a more clear answer on this ... waiting to see the written responses they'll be submitting, though.
Thanks for your input. Feel free to sign-up for a Free account here. Let me know if you have any questions.

Great interview and his answers were interesting on some points. Keep up the good work.
k.Paul - Good first round...I'm certain it must have been uncomfortable for both of you...knowing that there are people like me who simply don't trust politicians being behind some of these questions...
Did you sense that he could field some really hard-ball questions, or do you think he would cut off the inroad that you made thus far if you lobbed them in?
Although I don't trust or particularly care for politicians, I'm not interested in trapping them...I'm interested in learning their character and if they know what they are doing and if they have a plan...
Maybe I misunderstood. I thought he said that he had two $ 30.00 an hour jobs in his hip pocket that would be coming to town if he were elected.
Was anyone else at that tavern gathering where this was stated by Mr. Ockomon?
Very nice interview. Well done!

Thanks, Jens. I actually thought you might not be happy with it because we had to cut this first one a little short.
I don't think he would cut me from having access to him.
Hopefully we'll be able to spread this idea to other politicians...
Thanks again and stay tuned for more as we grow.
