I hate to be so anal, but it seems I can't help myself. By definition, class A office space can't be in a building that's 5 stories high. I'm sure it'll be really nice space, but part of what constitutes class A space is that it's contained in a high rise, not a low rise, building.

5 stories is high rise, in Anderson. There are few buildings taller. LOL

I believe a high rise is defined at 10 stories or more. Maybe 12...it's been many years since real estate classes.
