Anderson Speedway: Night of ThrillsANDERSON, IN - Anderson Speedway delivered on it's self entitled "Night of Thrills" Saturday night, with a pulse raising set of events that left many folks on the edge of their shakey wooden bleacher seating for a large course of the evening. Events like the Outlaw figure 8's, corkscrew, and school bus figure 8's for both men and women, served to thrill the packed house.

It's pretty much that way anymore. It's the officer's discretion on what he thinks the $ amount. It also depends on if everyone agrees on what happened and is willing to exchange information (insurance, names addresses and so on)
State law says no accident report is required if the COMBINED damage to the cars, objects etc... is below $1,000. Anything over that you are supposed to complete a report.
