The most pressing issue (problem) for Anderson (right now) is ...

Education, financial, environment, crime, etc. all that exists everywhere.  Anderson needs serious work on perception and attitude...everyone from the top to the bottom.

They have no leadership, Okomoron who says he never drives his city vehicle except on city business, the vehicle was not there a little bit ago, nor have I seen it there in quite awhile, after hours, maybe he is working part-time for APD again just to make sure he can keep up with the new guys when he goes back to the PD. Is he proud of all of the $7.50 hour jobs that he has gotten? Wait one of those has already closed and left town. There has been no news about Bright Automotive in close to three months, were those jobs lost too? Maybe Benny and Okomoron think all of the good trips to Japan will result in jobs, but there has yet to be anything. Benny how was Japan? Maybe I have figured out Bennys true identity, are you real initials K.O?

Wow, personal attacks and name calling all in one post.  Wonder what I meant when I mentioned attitude problems?

I really think that Kris needs help in reorganizing the city, and I think that if somehow the city could scrape together a little more money they should hire someone with expertise in attracting new companies to come to Anderson.

I know I will get attacked by someone for saying what I said, but I really don't care, it might just mean that if someone jumps down my throat for what I said then I have hit way too close to home.

I think we need to drop the "Okomoron" name-calling, because it only opens the door for others to say things like "Gizmoron", and then we're off the track and into the bushes again.  That never helps anyone's cause and provides absolutely NO solutions.

Any moron can make slams against people. Let's stay solution-oriented.    

We should support our Mayor. He still has time in his reign and I am sure he will do a fine job! I have seen him show up at events and shaking hands and smiling with people. I don't know him personally, but he seems to be a good, descent, family man who wants to do a good job.

I voted economy, but there are number of areas I could have voted for. Right now the best thing the city could do for itself and for its future is called jobs. We need more of them.

I wonder if the C of A did anything to try to lure Harley Davidson here? Yeah, Shelby county seems to have the inside track on it right now as far as Indiana is concerned, but adding those 1,000 to 2,000 plus MANUFACTURING jobs to this city would be a jewel, and certainly go a long way toward silencing the critics of the present administration and eliminating all this division among the citizens here.

Communication can also use a big improvement here as well. Screaming at each other in city council meetings accomplishes nothing, and conducting city business out of ear shot of its citizens doesn't help either. City business is not some super secret squirrel initiative. Somebody needs to inform the people of what is being done, otherwise they are free to assume nothing good. . . just my .02

Secret Squirrel?  Wasn't that a TV cartoon back in the Jurassic Period?  Somehow, it seems like an appropriate metaphor.

Gizmo,  This is not the hey Martha forum and we dont need that crap on here.  Get over the fact Smith lost.  I worked for Smith first time around  and he lied and worked for Kris this time around and am disappointed.  If you can not remember this is not HM then I wil go to KPaul as it is not needed.  Now bash me if you like.
