Can't / shouldn't shout Fire in a crowded theater...
But what if it's on fire
I believe that would be interpreted as inciting a riot in some jurisdictions and you would be charged with such. (Unless of course the joint was on fire in the first place.)
My vote is no, but we already have limitations on free speech. Example: that right does not apply, (meaning you do not have it), when it comes to corporate Amerika. They remove it from you within their corporate policy and procedures. . .
free speech should not slander anyone or take others same rights from them.
What about an opinion? If someone is/isn't a good ___________________(doctor, lawyer, indian chief, etc.), do you have the right to voice your opinion?
if you can back it up with fact i think you can say it. like if a dr tells you that you have something and turns out you dont then you can state the fact.
For most, free speech is a good thing. Liable law was created for when the idiot speaks.
If you limit "free" speech, then it isn't free!
Free used to mean free. Now Free means everything except ________.
THERE IS NOTHING FREE IN THIS TIMES IF IT SAYS FREE YOU DO PAY IN AN ROUND ABOUT WAY .IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT SOMEONE SAYS AND YOU HAVE PROOF OFF TO COURT WE GO.
