Issues raised -

• Fees for adoptions (or whether it should be changed to be donations only.)
• Who makes up the Animal Care and Control Board - Anderson only residents?

• Joseph Newman Council President asked the public to refrain from repitition since it was the second meeting on the issue. He said he didn't want to stifle the good citizens of the city, but wanted to avoid redundancy. 
• Councilman Pepelea recommended to the council that they table any decision until the next meeting. No second. Yet.
• Councilman Muir asked whether all the questions about the amendment could be adequately answered. 
• Councilman Eicks wanted it to be changed to make sure it included a stipulation that people on the board are from Anderson or work in Anderson. This started more discussion about the reasoning of leaving it open to Madison County.
