Anderson Mayor Kris Ockomon Interview - March 2008

Anderson Mayor Kris Ockomon Interview - March 2008.

This is the first in what's hopefully a monthly feature here at Anderson Free Press.

I'll start a thread sometime soon for round 2 questions.

Apologies we didn't get to all of them on film today, but we will have written answers of all 12 questions.

Thanks and please let me know with a comment if you enjoyed this and like the idea.

I thought you did a good job on the interview, kpaul.  Wow, he seems to be very tired.  I'm sure he's been putting in a lot of hours and is under a lot of stress.  Technically, it would've been nice if the audio was better.  I had to stick my ear down to the speaker on my laptop with the volume maxed out and I could still barely hear his answers.  I could hear you fine, though.  I hope you continue with this monthly.  It's a great way for citizens to get their questions answered in a more efficient way for him since he's so busy and gives him a chance to respond to the things that concern the people of Madison County.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I think it was where I placed the mic. (Should put it between us more next time...)

Another idea was to zoom in a little bit more so it's easier to see his facial expressions.

Keep the ideas coming.

"Another idea was to zoom in a little bit more so it's easier to see his facial expressions. "

No need for that.
